Weight Loss Surgery Daily Inspiration For July 5, 2008

Accept your flaws.

Sometimes when you look at yourself in the mirror, you see the beautiful person you are. But other times you see only your flaws.

Perhaps you do this with more than just your looks. Some people hate their voice, or feel inadequate if they can't follow a map. But what would the world be like with only "perfect" people? B-O-R-I-N-G. Accept yourself. You do not have to be perfect to be lovable.

Action for the day: Let yourself off the hook today. Be gloriously imperfect; laugh at yourself. You are part of the tapestry of life, and there is no color in a tapestry that is superior to another.
