Weight Loss Surgery Daily Inspiration For July 11, 2008

Chart your own course.

You wait at water's edge as your ship of dreams sails close to the horizon, and you wish it would come to shore. Your dreams are afloat, but they will not come to you. To realize your dreams, you must be willing to work for them--to "swim out" to them.

It's time to jump into the water and chase your ship. You are sleeker and faster now. You are stronger and have more endurance. You can reach that ship, pull yourself up over the railing, and declare yourself the captain of your life.

Action for the day: In your journal, write down one or more of your life-long dreams. Have you stuck a toe in the water yet? If not, get started. You have a long way to swim, but you have already come a long way. You can do it.
