Weight Loss Surgery Daily Inspiration For July 14, 2008

Do some soul searching.

What makes you feel alive? Is it the feeling of contributing something important to the world? Is it love of children or family or pets? Is it spiritual fulfillment?

Often what people think is important is what they were taught by their parents. While your parents may have instilled in you good morals and values, what was important to them may be infinitely different from what is important to you. You must decide what you value for yourself. What truly matters in your life? Are your priorities arranged according to what matters to you?

Action for the day: In your journal, write about the things in life that are really important to you. Then, explore how you can organize your life to make it reflect what truly matters to you.
