Weight Loss Surgery Support:
Daily Inspiration for July 18, 2010
Katie Jay, MSW
Care for the child in you today.
When you are taking care of a child, your priority is to give them a safe, healthy, and loving environment.
People who are, or have been, obese can sometimes put their own needs aside. You deserve the same special environment any child does. You are precious, too.
Action for the day: Is your environment reflective of someone who takes special care of a loved one (themselves)? Today, think about how you parent yourself.
