Weight Loss Surgery Support:
Daily Inspiration for July 25, 2010
Katie Jay, MSW
Discover who you are.
Do you worry about what other people think of you? You might find more peace in this world if you become more concerned about what YOU think of you. Are you always trying to be someone you are not in order to please someone else?
You will not reach your full potential if you are putting all your energy into becoming what the world wants you to become. When you are true to yourself, you will attract friends who like you for who you really are.
Action for the day: In your journal, write a description of yourself as you truly want to be. Read it often.
